Operator 2 shifts

Together with 100 colleagues, as an operator, you are responsible for running, converting, cleaning, and basic maintenance of our machines. With well-known brands like De Ruijter and Karvan Cevitam, consumers expect quality, and our operators ensure that every day. At Kraft Heinz, it doesn't matter how far you've come as an Operator. Do you have no experience but do you have the technical insight and the urge to learn everything there is to learn about the machines on your line? What will you do:

In your team (2-shift service), together with your direct colleagues, you are responsible for the optimal performance of the production lines. A selection of your daily activities includes:

• You independently convert the machines for new products or formats.

• You daily follow the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) standards for setting up & cleaning the machines and performing (minor) maintenance.

• You are responsible for following the correct procedures and working methods regarding safety and quality.

• You monitor the machines, refill them, and adjust them where necessary.

• You make free use of all those delicious products when you make your sandwich during your break.

• The times are as follows:

  • 06.00-14.30 hours
  • 15-23.00 hours

What do you bring for that?

• A technical MBO 2 or MBO 3 diploma is a plus. If you don't have one but are very eager to learn, that's not a problem;

• You speak, write, and read Dutch well.

• Availability to work in a 2-shift service;

Work-related concerns

• Annoyance from machine noise and temperature differences;

• Wearing personal protective equipment;
