Sr. Manager- EMI, MCCS- Innovation

The Sr. Manager, Innovation Procurement connects Kraft Heinz business strategy, brand ambition, and supplier capability to bring new products to life. This role leads innovation procurement support across a broader business unit portfolio and helps shape how procurement enables innovation from early strategy through commercialization and launch. This innovation procurement role is designed to embed procurement early in the innovation process, anticipate future supplier capabilities, and translate business and brand strategy into scalable supplier solutions while strengthening team execution, stakeholder alignment, and supplier collaboration across the portfolio. This role partners across brands, R&D, operations, finance, quality, legal, and suppliers to translate innovation strategy into procurement execution, supplier readiness, and launch delivery. Reporting to the Associate Director, EM&I Procurement, this role operates in two distinct ways depending on the commercialization model. For innovations commercialized through an external manufacturer, the Sr. Manager provides leadership across the sourcing and commercialization approach, supports the most complex initiatives directly, and ensures strong supplier and stakeholder alignment through launch and steady-state stabilization. For innovations commercialized in Kraft Heinz plants, the Sr. Manager serves as a senior procurement integration leader for the business unit, ensuring the right procurement teams are engaged, aligned, and moving at the right pace to support execution. This role also oversees a team of managers and is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, informing strategy, removing barriers, and helping solve complex business and sourcing challenges. They act as a leader and manager for the team, while also stepping directly into the work where initiatives are more complex, higher risk, or require broader cross-functional leadership. The role also helps strengthen broader team operating culture, process improvement, and the innovation and supplier collaboration model. The ideal candidate is strategic, collaborative, digitally savvy, and energized by the opportunity to shape what’s next. They are curious by nature, strong in influence and storytelling, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and passionate about building supplier partnerships that accelerate innovation and drive growth.
