Job Description
Lead Revenue Planning and Sales & Operations Execution for Philips Fast Flow businesses across LATAM. Partner with senior leaders to provide a reliable revenue outlook, connect planning with execution, and drive improvements in forecast accuracy, revenue attainment, and customer experience.
Your Role

Lead Revenue Planning and the Sales & Operations Execution process for Fast Flow businesses across LATAM, serving as the key Integrated Supply Chain partner for multiple business areas.

Provide a transparent and reliable revenue outlook by integrating forecasting, operational planning, and business inputs, while presenting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to senior stakeholders.

Drive the weekly Revenue and S&OE operating cadence, ensuring alignment on priorities, decisions, ownership, timelines, and escalations across functions.

Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Planning, Order Management, Commercial Operations, Services, and other stakeholders to manage revenue risks, optimize execution, and improve customer commitments.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives through standardization, simplification, automation, structured problem-solving, and actionable business insights to enhance planning performance and operational excellence.
You're the Right Fit If

You have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field.

You bring 8+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, revenue planning, sales operations, business planning, or related functions. Including translating complex data into actionable business insights and influencing decisions across multiple stakeholders and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

You have strong experience leveraging analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, or digital solutions to improve planning and decision-making.

You are fluent in English and able to work effectively in a diverse, regional environment.
How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office role. No relocation benefits will be provided for this position, candidate must be based in Barueri, SP.
