We pair data-driven strategy with the autonomy to take ownership of complex, high-impact challenges.

You’ll be encouraged to own your work from end-to-end and challenge the status quo to build solutions that impact the lives of millions of Canadians, because at Capital One we analyze and innovate. If you’re ready to redefine what’s possible and drive exponential growth, this is where you can create what’s next.

About the Team

Yes, we’re a credit card company, but we’re more than that too. With your help, we’ll build the next generation of banking in Canada based on customer-focused values, compelling products and great engineering. Our Strategy & Analytics Team is like management consulting, but better. From day one, you’ll bring strategies to life through end-to-end delivery, measuring their impact through testing and monitoring, being accountable for both Profit & Loss and customer outcomes.

You’ll lead a team of analysts to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions by gathering and analyzing data, testing hypotheses and developing insights and recommendations to the business. You’ll provide thought leadership to the team to ensure the highest quality of analytical and conceptual output.

Working in agile, cross-functional teams, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from others like Data Scientists, Process Managers and Brand Strategists too. And you’ll do it all in a collaborative environment where insight is valued, innovation is rewarded and continuous learning is promoted.
