Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Quality Auditor & RPA Specialist to join our team in A2 Plant.
A Day in the Life: Conduct audits of vehicles, plant processes, and Quality Assurance (QA) systems and processes within R&D Design and Manufacturing areas. Responsible for audit preparation, coordination, execution, and closure of findings. The typical audit scope includes documentation review, standards compliance, process evaluation, and vehicle assessments. Preparation, presentation, and issuance of reports to management-level stakeholders. Validation of improvement plans and corrective actions, as well as follow-up activities through the successful closure of corresponding actions.
Who We’re Looking for: Required:
2 years or more of experience in:
Quality Auditing within OEMs and/or Automotive Suppliers.
Leading or participating in Quality Audits, including both documental and Gemba (shop floor) audits.
Planning, execution, and follow-up of Quality Audits within Manufacturing and Design areas.
Participation in the standardization of Quality Assurance systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering processes within OEMs and/or Automotive Suppliers.
Quality improvement activities focused on processes and/or products to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participation in cross-functional root cause analysis and problem-solving projects.
IPA Audit Certification (Welding, Anticorrosion, Important A and/or B); at least one certification required.
ISO Lead Auditor Certification.
Expertise in Quality Tools for problem-solving (basic and advanced tools).
Advanced proficiency in statistical software for problem analysis.
Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
Knowledge and application of 8D and QC Story methodologies.
Experience using CAD software (Space Vertex, TEAMCENTER), as well as ASK2 and G2B tools.
Availability to travel.
English proficiency (TOEIC 600 points or equivalent).
Desired:
Experience in Design and Development processes within OEMs and/or Automotive Suppliers.
ANPQP Certification or equivalent.
Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.
Effective communication skills with different organizational levels.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
