Senior Vice President, Client Processing Manager
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our Client Processing team. This role is located in New York City, NY. In-office requirement is four days.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Manage a medium to large-sized team or multiple small Client Processing teams

Handle any and all aspects of client accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, transactional processing and problem resolution

Serve as a top level of support for external clients who were not able to have problems resolved at a lower level

Ensure the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards and is properly reviewed and documented; identify and implement process improvements to improve the experience for all stakeholders
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; advanced/graduate degree preferred

7–10 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 1–3 years in management

Experience in brokerage processing is preferred

Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
