E.ON Drive Infrastructure (EDRI) is a pan-European market leading charge point operator owned by the E.ON group. EDRI builds, owns, and operates public charging infrastructure for all types of electric vehicles. The company purpose is to build a sustainable world, by providing charging for everyone, everywhere.
The team currently employs more than 200 people and operates more than 9.000 public charging points across 11 European countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. Together with location partners EDRI will expand its network by installing 1,000 additional high power charging points per year.
Your mission
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and service-oriented manner
Support customers with charging sessions, app usage, billing, and subscription-related topics
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to charging stations
Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the relevant internal teams
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities based on your interests and strengths
Your profile
Enrolled student (m/f/d) at a recognized university or educational institution
Available to work 10-15 hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
Willingness to work additional hours beyond the contracted 10 hours per week during busy periods
Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
Confident and comfortable interacting with customers and handling a variety of inquiries
Structured, independent, and responsible working style
Fluent in spoken and written Danish and English. Swedish language skills are highly preferred, as you will ideally support customers in all three languages
Comfortable working with IT systems and eager to learn new tools
