The Opportunity
Abbott Point of Care (APOC), a division of Abbott, empowers healthcare professionals with rapid, lab-quality diagnostic results at the point of care. By delivering accurate test results in minutes, APOC solutions help clinicians make timely triage, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring decisions, ultimately improving patient care and operational efficiency.
Today, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations in more than 100 countries rely on the i-STAT System to support patient care across emergency medicine, critical care, surgery, and other high-acuity settings. As part of Abbott, APOC remains committed to advancing innovative diagnostic technologies that help people live healthier lives.
The Manager, Commercial Execution Design supports the APOC Global Commercial Excellence team by designing, enabling, and scaling end-to-end commercial solutions that reliably convert clinical science into revenue. This role is responsible for translating strategy, clinical evidence, analytics, and tools into standardized processes, embedded workflows, and visual management systems that drive adoption and measurable business impact across APOC regions.
Operating upstream of reporting, this position leads the transition from reactive, retrospective performance management to proactive business and opportunity management by leveraging leading indicators, sales funnel health, and execution insights. The Manager, Commercial Execution Design partners cross-functionally to create solutions that influence field behaviors, improve execution consistency, and advance APOC's evolution toward outcome-based operating pods.

Ensure compliance with Abbott Quality System, EHS, and data governance standards
