Position Overview
Autodesk is a leading provider of AI-powered design and construction solutions. We are looking for a strategic and growth-oriented Senior Manager of Revenue Marketing to lead our Water Infrastructure and Forma Design businesses within the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) organization.
Reporting to the Director of Global Revenue Marketing for Emerging Businesses, this leader will develop and execute an integrated global marketing strategy across Demand Generation, Account-Based Marketing, and Field Marketing to drive customer acquisition, engagement, pipeline creation, and revenue growth. The role will support Autodesk’s Water Infrastructure portfolio, serving customers across water, wastewater, and stormwater planning and operations, as well as Forma Design, Autodesk’s cloud-based platform supporting early-stage planning and design workflows.
This individual will lead and develop a high-performing team and partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, Marketing Operations, and other cross-functional teams to align go-to-market priorities, improve funnel performance, accelerate priority accounts and opportunities, and continuously optimize marketing investment based on measurable business impact.
This role can be remote, hybrid, or office-based.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Revenue Marketing team spanning Demand Generation, Account-Based Marketing, and Field Marketing, establishing clear priorities, accountability, and opportunities for growth
Own the integrated Revenue Marketing strategy for the Water Infrastructure and Forma Design product portfolios, aligning marketing priorities and investments with business objectives and revenue goals
Lead multi-channel Demand Generation strategy and execution across paid media, paid social, email and nurture, webinars, content syndication, digital programs, retargeting, and other acquisition and conversion channels
Lead Account-Based Marketing strategy and execution, including account prioritization, intent and engagement signals, targeted and personalized experiences, and programs designed to increase engagement and progression within priority accounts and opportunities
Oversee Field Marketing and customer engagement programs, including industry events, executive programs, roundtables, regional activations, partner programs, and other high-value customer and prospect experiences
Serve as a strategic partner to Sales leadership and frontline Sales teams, aligning around account, segment, territory, and pipeline priorities and creating shared accountability for lead follow-up, account engagement, opportunity progression, and revenue outcomes
Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics to improve marketing automation, lead management, funnel performance, attribution, reporting, and measurement, using campaign, account, pipeline, revenue, and ROI insights to optimize programs and guide investment decisions
Manage budgets, agencies, and external partners, ensuring strong planning, execution, accountability, and resource allocation across Revenue Marketing programs
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of B2B marketing experience in Demand Generation, Revenue Marketing, Integrated Marketing, or related disciplines
3+ years of direct people management experience, with demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
Strong Demand Generation experience, including multi-channel digital marketing, paid media, email and nurture marketing, marketing automation, lead management, and funnel optimization
Demonstrated experience developing and executing Account-Based Marketing and Field Marketing strategies that engage priority accounts, customers, and complex buying groups
Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales leaders and Sales teams to align marketing with account, territory, pipeline, and revenue priorities
Track record of developing integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable engagement, pipeline, and revenue impact
Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, ABM, analytics, and related revenue technology platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise or strategic-account Sales motions and complex B2B customer journeys
Experience leading marketing programs across multiple regions and balancing global strategy with regional and local market needs
Experience marketing technology solutions within construction, infrastructure, water, architecture, engineering, design, or adjacent industries
Experience managing agencies and external marketing partners across digital media, campaign execution, creative, events, or related disciplines

Salary transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $124,000 and $221,430. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
