In this role you will be responsible for:
Planning, forecasting and reporting of financial KPIs, mainly focused on sales controlling topics, e.g Net Sales, TTC, NSP, Gross Margin
Business partnering for the Austrian commercial team to support on business decisions driving the sustainable growth in Austria, and Eastern European Finance Team to steer MU financial KPIs, e.g. financial decision support in scenario calculations on customer investments and strategic evaluations of business opportunities
Steering of the business planning process from the customer and category perspectives to insure smooth and transparent planning.
Customer Investment Budget controlling for Mass Market customers in Austria, and supporting in coordination of the aligned processes throughout Eastern European countries.
Development and improvement of controlling instruments, e.g. performance measures and benchmarks as well as policies and guidelines, implementing the new tools (sales planning, pricing, etc.)
Participation in Local/Regional/Global projects, also in other business areas
Completed university degree in a relevant field, such as economics, finance, or business administration
1-3 years of experience in Commercial Controlling, ideally in the consumer goods industry
Very well-developed in analytical skills as well as strategic thinking
Strong in implementation and cross-functional collaboration
Strong Teamplayer attitude and a pragmatic way of working
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & good knowledge of SAP FI/CO, know-how of Power BI is an advantage
Fluent in German & English

The salary depends on the position and your qualifications and starts at EUR 3 463,06 gross (full-time) per month, overpayment depends on qualifications and experience.
