The position requires availability on Saturdays and some Sundays.

Missions

As a Supermarket Director, you are a true orchestrator. To achieve your strategic objectives, you manage your team and your supermarket through your daily missions:

• Manage and support a team: organization and distribution of tasks, schedule management, recruitment, integration and training of new entrants,

• Optimize customer satisfaction by guaranteeing the good upkeep of the supermarket: product availability, cleanliness of the sales area, no waiting at checkout…

• Ensure supermarket supply in line with its needs: stock optimization, regular quality control...

• Guarantee the cleanliness and customer welcome in the supermarket by respecting national procedures,

• Be responsible for procedures and ensure compliance with the Lidl concept.

To apply for a Supermarket Director position, you will need, depending on your situation:

• Bac to Bac +2 with 5 years of experience in management,

• Bac +3/4 with 2 years of experience in management,

• Bac +5 with or without experience in management.
