Role Summary
The Hill’s Manager, Omni Shopper Marketing for eCommerce is responsible for the development and execution of shopper marketing strategies and go-to-market activities to achieve the brand's short- and long-term business objectives. This includes championing each retailer’s journey and shopper profile, and implementing proven eCommerce strategies that deliver growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage full lifecycle omni-channel campaigns across digital, media, in-store, and print platforms
Lead market planning, budget development, and execution to align brand strategies with customer business models
Develop customer-aligned sell-in presentations and promotional strategies for new product launches
Strategize and execute growth-driving promotional programs, events, and CRM activations on- and off-line
Create creative briefs, communication vehicles, in-store displays, digital assets, and associate education strategy
Analyze market trends, KPIs, P&L, and test-and-learn initiatives (A/B testing, targeting, mobile tactics) to deliver measurable recommendations to senior management
Collaborate with Sales and Media teams to execute co-op media investments, share best practices, and drive shopper engagement
Oversee creative agency and vendor relationships, managing budgets, campaign performance, and post-campaign reporting
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
8+ years of commercial experience in the areas of shopper marketing, brand marketing, retail marketing, or related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
Experience with retail media platforms and analytics tools such as Profitero, Revuze, or SimilarWeb
Master’s degree or MBA
Strong functional expertise in executing omni-channel marketing campaigns, CRM programs, and co-op media partnerships
Innovative and creative, always looking for new ways to engage shoppers and drive brand success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and storytell across all levels of the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools
Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $124,000.00 - $174,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
