Senior ERP Finance Consultant

EOS Solutions, an Italian leader in Microsoft Dynamics solutions, is looking for an ERP Finance Consultant for its Milan office.

The selected candidate will be integrated into the company's operational departments and will carry out consulting/support activities for our Clients. Specifically:

• Participates in all aspects of ERP solution implementation with particular regard to Finance and management control functionalities, from analyzing the Client's business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet their needs;

• Collaborates with key users to gain a complete vision of the business processes in use by the Client, comparing them with the standard functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics;

• Is responsible for drafting documentation, for the configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics. In case of any modifications or customizations, facilitates the Client's decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will guide the development process;

• Is responsible for carrying out tests and for training the Client's resources;

• Is responsible for optimization projects and coordinates consulting and development activities.

Required skills and experience:

• At least 2 years of work experience on ERP products, Administration, Finance, and management control areas

• Preferential requirement is knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics Business Central or international ERPs

• Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related disciplines

• Profound knowledge of business processes, especially those related to the Finance area, including active and passive cycles

• Excellent organizational skills and advanced ability to use project management tools

• Aptitude for working in structured teams, ability to plan activities and autonomy in managing priorities

• Communication skills, sensitivity to time and costs, assertiveness and proactivity

• Good knowledge of the English language

• Driving license B

Classification and remuneration:

• Classification according to the National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce, with a gross annual salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €45,000 depending on the level and experience gained

• Level: II
