Experienced - SAP Supply Chain
We are looking for a consultant/senior consultant to join Deloitte's SAP team in Milan, Rome, Turin or Naples, who will work in Hybrid mode.
Deloitte's SAP business supports our clients in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and quality of services offered, also with the support of new technologies.
You will have the opportunity to use technology and process knowledge to support companies in their digital transformation journeys based on the implementation of SAP solutions. We work on national and international cross-industry projects, collaborating with other Deloitte member firms. Our team intervenes when it's time to re-imagine business processes, also considering data, customer insights, operations, workforce and markets.
Your Role
The Experienced resource will be included in a work team and will be responsible for:

Proactively interpreting client needs, identifying consistent methodologies and approaches

Developing initiatives and solutions independently, collecting and structuring data and carrying out analyses to support business decisions

Communicating to clients the advantage of SAP solutions in managing business processes

Staying updated on various trends and news inherent to the SAP world to support the client in understanding the best proposed solution capable of satisfying their needs
What We Offer
The expected remuneration for this position is between EUR 33,000 and EUR 37,500 gross annually for the Consultant grade, and between EUR 39,000 and EUR 48,000 gross annually for the Senior Consultant grade.
The classification will be defined during the selection phase based on the profile and in application of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Tertiary Distribution and Services.
The definition of specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or ancillary benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the requirements of the position.
Winning Requirements

Master's degree in economics or management engineering

At least 2-8 years of experience gained in companies or consulting firms in the implementation or management of SAP solutions within national and international projects

Skills on MM, MM-SD, MM-MDM, MDG, PP, IBP, QM, VC, SCM, EWM, LE TRA, TM, WM, PM modules

Availability for travel in Italy and abroad

Fluent knowledge of the English language
