YOUR OPPORTUNITY
In Deloitte Legal you will have the opportunity to explore the future of legal services in an international and multidisciplinary environment, where new ideas find fertile ground and growth possibilities are endless. You will work in the Financial Services Industry Regulatory team at our Milan office.
Your Role and Responsibilities You will be involved, with a growing degree of autonomy, in the following activities:

Drafting of legal opinions and memorandums on banking, financial and insurance law and related research;

Drafting and reviewing of contracts relating to financial and insurance products;

Carrying out legal due diligence on entities operating in the financial services sector;

Compliance Assessments regarding compliance with financial regulations by client companies;

Assistance to clients on anti-money laundering regulations.
Our Requirements You meet the profile we are looking for if you have a master's degree in law, wish to undertake legal practice, have a passion for financial market regulation (Financial Intermediaries Regulations) and an excellent knowledge of the English language.
Teamwork attitude, strong relational and communication skills, proactiveness and flexibility complete the profile.
