Experienced - Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a consultant/senior consultant to join the Payroll team of Deloitte Business Solution in the Bari office, who will work in Hybrid mode.

Deloitte Business Solution collaborates with its clients/partners in the conduct, management and reorganization of business processes related to the Accounting, Finance & Controlling Functions; identifies and evaluates the necessary changes, assisting in the implementation of structured development paths, in search of the best performance in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and control.

Your Role

The Experienced resource will be included in a work team and will be responsible for:

• Managing the processing of payslips for all assigned clients nationwide, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Ensuring compliance with local and national tax, accounting and labor regulations.

• Preparing and submitting tax and contribution declarations related to payroll.

• Guiding the collection and management of data necessary for the formulation of hypotheses and proposals, using a structured approach to problem solving; demonstrating professional maturity in complex and delicate situations, acting as a role model for colleagues;

• Integrating client proposals with solutions based on the use of Analytics and new technologies, in collaboration with expert colleagues.

What we offer

The remuneration provided for this position is between EUR 29,000 and EUR 35,000 gross per year for the Consultant grade, and between EUR 37,000 and EUR 41,000 gross per year for the Senior Consultant grade.

The classification will be defined during the selection phase based on the profile and in application of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce, Distribution and Services.

The definition of specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or ancillary benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the requirements of the position.

Winning Requirements

• Minimum 2/3 years of experience in payroll management for structured companies and in regulatory support in relation to the payroll delivery process.

• Knowledge of TeamSystem and/or Zucchetti and/or SAP payroll applications is preferred; good knowledge of the Office Suite, with particular focus on Microsoft Excel is considered a plus.

• Good knowledge of the English language.
