We are expanding our team in the Generative Artificial Intelligence area with a person who has extensive experience in architecture and software development as well as experience in Generative AI applied to software development.

Some of the services we provide:

• Modernization of AI-copiloted applications with Generative AI. A diagnosis and a personalized plan for application modernization, within a functional and technological ecosystem, assisted by AI, which allows us to accelerate the process and diagnose from the source: the code that needs to be modernized.

• Training in Generative AI for both internal and client development teams.

• Assessment for clients where we analyze real code, to generate realistic and less risky migration plans.

What will be your mission in the project?

• Participation as technical manager in high-value services, accompanied by multidisciplinary profiles, with direct interaction with the client (definition of strategic plans, implementation of architectures, AS-IS TO-BE, digital transformations, etc).

• Advice and accompaniment to clients in Gen AI areas (definition of implementation processes, alignment with the regulatory and legal framework, POCs, AI powered, MLOps, LLMs, training, etc). Many times clients do not know how to make the most of AI tools in their daily lives, so our mission is to accompany them on this journey and teach and support them.

• Business Support: definition of Projects and Services, design and implementation of End2End solutions, development of approaches / solutions and assessment of: Partnerships, Events, Opportunities and Approaches / Solutions

• Training for both internal and external clients on Generative AI.

Minimum requirements

• Experience as a software/solution architect of at least 8 years in the design, estimations, risk management and implementation of enterprise solutions of different technologies.

• Experience working with Generative AI in software development.

• Experience and ability to support commercial actions, make presentations, defend solutions.

• Experience providing training (highly valued).

• English B2 (highly valued).
