Join us as a Talent Development Manager and play a key role in building leadership capability, strengthening succession pipelines, and accelerating the growth of our talent across the organization.
THESE ARE THE TASKS WAITING FOR YOU
As a Talent Development Manager, you will drive talent and leadership development initiatives aligned with business priorities and strategic workforce needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Driving the local Talent Development strategy and succession planning agenda.
Leading Talent Review, Mid-Year Review and calibration processes to ensure consistent talent decisions across the organization.
Building and maintaining succession pipelines for critical and leadership roles.
Identifying succession risks and developing mitigation plans to ensure organizational readiness.
Supporting leaders in identifying, assessing and accelerating high-potential employees.
Driving career development, internal mobility and talent acceleration initiatives.
Promoting a culture of employee ownership of career growth and development.
Facilitating talent movement across functions, geographies and career pathways.
Designing and implementing leadership development initiatives across all organizational levels.
Leading key talent acceleration programs such as Fast Forward (FFWD), Hidden Gems and other development initiatives.
Owning and governing Early Talent programs, ensuring strong participant experience and meaningful development outcomes.
Building a diverse and future-ready talent pipeline across the organization.
Translating global Talent Management frameworks into impactful local execution.
Building talent management capability among leaders, line managers and People & Culture teams through coaching, workshops and development initiatives.
Partnering with Learning & Capability teams to strengthen organizational capabilities and deliver integrated capability-building strategies.
Supporting the development of critical organizational capabilities identified through Strategic Workforce Planning.
Monitoring talent health indicators, succession coverage, internal mobility and pipeline strength across functions.
Owning talent reporting and key talent metrics, providing meaningful insights and recommendations to support business and people decisions.
Acting as the local subject matter expert for Talent Reviews, Development Planning and succession processes while ensuring governance, compliance and process excellence.
Partnering with global Centres of Excellence to implement talent initiatives and best practices across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
5-8+ years of progressive experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Development, Organizational Development or Talent Management.
Proven experience facilitating Talent Reviews and succession planning discussions.
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing talent or leadership development programs.
Experience working in a multinational and matrix organization.
Strong stakeholder management experience, including partnership with senior leaders and leadership teams.
