Working Student Internal Communications - Shared Services (all genders)
Your Tasks
Gain hands-on experience in strategic internal communications and transformation within a modern, collaborative Shared Services team. Working closely with the Communications Manager for Shared Services Operations, you will take ownership of high-visibility formats, contribute your ideas and grow through clear guidance and close collaboration with an experienced team.

Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for town halls, leadership meetings and team updates

Turn complex content into clear, concise storylines

Plan and coordinate internal events and cultural initiatives, such as our Country Fair

Create content for internal communication channels and maintain SharePoint information

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a consistent, professional look and feel

Independently drive communication projects and high-visibility formats
Your Profile

Enrolled student, ideally in Communications, Media, Economics or a related field

Strong PowerPoint skills and an interest in visual communication

SharePoint experience is a plus

Organized, structured and reliable

Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working independently

Good German and English communication skills

Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations
