Executive Support & Stakeholder Management
Act as a key point of contact and liaison for internal stakeholders, senior leaders, clients, and external partners
Build effective working relationships across functions and geographies
Calendar & Inbox Management
Proactively manage complex calendars, prioritizing competing demands across time zones
Oversee inbox management, ensuring timely responses and alignment with leadership priorities
Meeting & Governance Support
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda setting, materials preparation, and logistics
Support leadership forums by driving agenda discipline, tracking actions, and ensuring follow-through
Attend senior leadership meetings where required to capture key decisions and action items
Travel & Expense Management
Plan and manage end-to-end travel arrangements across the region, including visas where required
Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
Communications & Documentation
Draft and review communications on behalf of executives, ensuring clarity and consistency
Prepare high-quality documents and presentations aligned with Aon brand standards
Operational & Ad Hoc Support
Anticipate needs and provide proactive support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Support special projects and initiatives as required

Prior experience (1-2 years) supporting senior leaders or executives, ideally in a regional or global organization
Strong business English proficiency (written and verbal)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with confidence working across seniority levels
High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
