RINA is currently recruiting for a Engineering Intern (Projects & Power BI) to join its office in Rio de Janeiro, RJ within the Division.
Mission
Development and improvement of management tools, and support for Energy project management activities.

Key Accountabilities
-
Maintain the organization and control of documents related to clients’ management systems.

Assist in the preparation of performance indicator reports and other required documentation.

Fleet control and administration.
-
Coordinate employee logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements as needed.

Support administrative routines, assisting employees with contract management demands.

Provide support in project management activities, including data collection and analysis, schedule updates, and performance indicator monitoring.

Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement improvements in management tools.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI for project monitoring.
Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week (On-site during the first month).
Qualifications
-
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (expected graduation no later than 2028).

Intermediate English level.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.

Advanced knowledge of Power BI.

Proactive profile, organized, and with good communication skills.

Availability to intern 6 consecutive hours per day.
