As a Group Manager, Creative Production at Ubisoft, you’ll lead and grow our Creative Production team, combining in-house talent and external partners to adapt and version static and video assets for global marketing campaigns across social, CRM, paid media, retail, and digital storefront platforms. You’ll also oversee print design specialists who advise on, review, validate, and correct printed materials such as game packaging, leaflets, point-of-sale materials, and other marketing collateral. You’ll balance people leadership with hands-on creative contribution, coaching the team while staying close to the craft. You’ll help ensure strong creative consistency, the right level of resourcing, and continuous improvement of our production capabilities, including production automation, scripting, and AI-enabled tools where relevant.
What you’ll do
Lead and develop an in-house team of graphic designers, motion designers, and print specialists
Define team structure and areas of specialization to cover key static and motion or video asset needs
Translate campaign briefs into clear production requirements, building structured task plans that designers can execute
Assign and prioritize production tasks, setting expectations on scope, timelines, and quality for each deliverable
Review and validate deliverables against briefs, guidelines, and expected quality standards
Balance internal capacity with external contractors to meet peak production needs while protecting quality
Track team capacity and agency dependency using production metrics to support planning and make-or-buy decisions
Oversee and contribute to the adaptation and versioning of campaign assets across paid media, social, CRM, retail, and out-of-home formats
Oversee video adaptation workflows including cutdowns, format versions, subtitle integration, and localization support
Improve production workflows through scripting, automation, and AI-assisted tools, ensuring outputs are reviewed and meet brand and campaign specifications
What you bring to the team
Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary creative production teams across design, motion, and or video
Strong hands-on expertise producing and adapting assets across digital marketing formats including paid, social, CRM, retail, and out-of-home
Strong working knowledge of video post-production workflows, including cutdowns, versioning, and subtitle or localization integration
Proven ability to manage a hybrid internal and external production model using project management software such as JIRA, including contractor and agency oversight
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
Experience improving design production through scripting, automation, and AI assistance to reduce manual effort and rework
Solid understanding of brand compliance needs, including age ratings, legal lines, and platform specifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to give clear, actionable creative feedback
