The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business-critical insights using analysis and financial modeling, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Responsibilities:

• Support strategic initiatives for global markets through desk research, product analysis, and data interpretation

• Conduct competitive and market landscape analysis, and contribute to the development of product and go-to-market strategies

• Compile industry and thematic research reports with clear, data-driven conclusions and recommendations

• Track industry trends, user behavior, and content ecosystems on a regular basis to identify emerging opportunities or risks

• Deliver research insights to inform product positioning, feature prioritization, and content strategy decisions

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Currently pursuing a MBA degree

• Solid understanding of basic industry research methodologies and strong logical thinking skills.

• Highly self-motivated, responsible, and passionate about internet products, with a strong sense of curiosity.

• Strong data analysis skills.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Prior internship experience in internet strategy, investment, or related fields.

• Experience working with a global team.

• Proficiency in Thinkcell and data platforms such as App Annie, QuestMobile, and Wind.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $50- $50. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
