To be the end-to-end Financial Partner/Controller for the business, providing logical/numerical support and recommendations for commercial decisions and reports that facilitate fact-based decision-making to achieve business objectives and their respective KPIs (NSV, CMA, Value Market Share, etc.). Actively collaborate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical plans for clients/channels, while ensuring compliance with channel routines, internal controls, and D&A monitoring, ensuring financial consistency and traceability.
Consolidate and manage the business sales meeting, ensuring preparation, inputs, and follow-up.
Analyze key commercial performance variables: stock, sell-out, promo plan and other relevant drivers.
Provide weekly visibility of business status and a clear action plan, with a focus on opportunities and risks.
Identify improvement opportunities, quantify them, and propose actionable recommendations to leadership.
Prepare and distribute the weekly file for the commercial team and board (weekly routine), ensuring consistency of metrics and narrative.

Compliance with the weekly calendar and quality of analysis (actionable insights).
Opportunities detected vs. materialized / follow-up of action plans.
Consistency and traceability of numbers (single source of truth).
Ensure lead time and compliance with the deliverables calendar for the SISO/MFR process.
Consolidate and maintain the client/channel database (structure, data quality, consistency).
Analyze variations between periods and explain drivers (price, mix, volume, promotions, costs, discounts, etc.).
Prepare the final presentation to the board, with a clear narrative, required decisions, and risks/opportunities.
Participate in Commercial & Operations (S&OP) meetings to align sales targets with Operations, Logistics, and Production, connecting assumptions and output with MFR.
Ensure the innovation forecast link, integrating expected impacts into the performance cycle.

Compliance with MFR/SISO milestones (on-time / first-time-right).
Quality and robustness of variation explanations (quantified drivers).
Commercial–Operations alignment (consistency of assumptions).
Lead and manage the AOP process for the channel/business with its client strategy and building blocks.
Administer projections, database construction, plans, checkpoints, and executive presentations.
Ensure compliance with the process lead time and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Develop, together with the Commercial Director, the 3-year Strat Plan (3Y) for the channel/business, connecting commercial levers with financial results.
Measurement criteria (examples):
AOP/Strat Plan deliverables on time and with quality (coherence between narrative and numbers).
Quality of the driver model and scenarios.
Alignment and approval of key stakeholders.
Coordinate among internal areas (Commercial, Trade, Category, Marketing, Logistics, Finance) the construction of JBPs for key accounts.
Build the financial support for the JBP together with the commercial area (impacts, assumptions, risks, returns).
Conduct quarterly follow-up of the JBP, measuring performance vs plan and proposing adjustments.
Prepare follow-up presentations for internal reviews and, when appropriate, for client instances.

Quality of tracking vs JBP (explained variations and defined actions).
Compliance with quarterly routines and quality of presentations.
Ensure monitoring and compliance of discounts granted to clients.
Guarantee correct reconciliation with Finance and traceability of commercial agreements.
Monitor the impact of D&A on performance, including tracking vs JBP when applicable.
Measurement criteria (examples):
Accuracy of reconciliations and compliance with policies/controls.
Timely visibility of deviations and corrective actions.
Analyze the P&L by client/channel, conducting performance reviews and recommending actions.
Provide visibility of the closing, review and checking of sales in systems, ensuring data integrity.
Connect financial results with commercial decisions (pricing, promo, mix, coverage, investments).

Quality of profitability analysis by client/channel and adoption of recommendations.
Closing with consistency and minimal subsequent adjustments.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and presentations for specific business topics.
Assemble and coordinate the business MPR (routine and content), ensuring discipline and focus on decisions.
Prepare presentations for clients when required, aligned with the Commercial Director.

Commercial Engineer (or equivalent relevant education for the role).
2–3 years of experience in a similar position or in finance linked to business/commercial.
SAP (operational/analytical management for performance support and closings).
Excel: Advanced (models, databases, variation analysis).
PowerPoint: Advanced (executive storytelling, presentations to board/client).
