About the Position
The position of Commercialization Projects Material Planner reports directly into the Commercialization Manager. The planner is responsible for the end-to-end materials planning process, ensuring the timely supply and availability of materials to support commercialization projects. This role involves strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize material flow and minimize supply chain disruptions.
Support the end-to-end workflow for the creation, extension, and maintenance of finished goods, semifinished goods, and materials
Coordinate required activities across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate material and product set-up
Track workflow progress, identify gaps or delays, and follow up with stakeholders to keep activities moving forward
Help maintain data accuracy and completeness for product and material creation processes
Partner with teams such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Quality, R&D, and Planning to support commercialization execution
Monitor key milestones and dependencies in the workflow and escalate risks when needed
Support process documentation and help standardize ways of working across commercialization activities
Assist in validating that required information is complete before materials and products move to the next stage of the process
Generate reports or status updates to provide visibility on workflow progress and pending actions
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that simplify and strengthen commercialization and material creation processes
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Project Management.
+1 years of experience in project management (Innovation Projects, Renovation Projects or similar)
Knowledge in SAP or a Project Management system.
Proven track record to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
