Manager, ECM Ops & Analytics

The Manager, ECM (eCommerce and Customer Marketing) Ops Analytics is responsible for partnering with the ECM Ops team to streamline and standardize all data, reporting, and analysis across business unit and brand routines. Key components of this role are alignment of brand strategy and customer strategy to achieve and exceed business unit ECM KPIs. Additionally, the Manager, ECM Ops Analytics will help drive action and connectivity between the business units and the ECM Customer teams by partnering closely with the ECM business development teams during key planning cycles.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support eCom Ops teams in delivering top KPIs at Business Unit level

  • Support existing routines between the ECM Ops team and the Business Units by owning all performance reporting and analysis
  • Identify biggest areas of opportunity for Business Units to win within eCommerce by analyzing performance at retailer and category level
  • Support ECM Customer teams category level targets by ensuring actions are planned and results are shared back with the Business Units
  • Make strong connections between leading and lagging metrics to help communicate relationship between the two and inform stronger decision making
  • Monitor and help analyze competitor and customer trends and shifts that may impact KHC performance
  • Own creation of visuals to support the story of ECM performance to the Business Units

• Own and integrate Business Unit reporting into ECM routines

  • Standardize ECM reporting and routines to include Business Unit views and drive actions across ECM customer teams
  • Streamline BU reporting and trends into ECM yearly planning process

• Support and integrate ECM spend data tracking into forward looking forecasting and analyze return of BU investment in ECM

  • Support ECM Ops team in spend planning, tracking, and integration into the ECM LE
  • Analyze and create strong Business Unit facing analysis on the estimated return of investments in ECM on the total brand performance
  • Support gathering and standardization of incremental returns across customers and tactics

Qualifications

• Passion for high performance and digital success

• Ownership mentality, especially around performance, data, internal partnerships, and planning

• Strong CPG experience in Sales, Marketing, Category Leadership, Insights, or eCommerce

• Strong analytical thinking skills and/or experience in performance reporting/analytics

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ability to develop complex reporting using multiple datasets. Intermediate technical proficiency in SQL preferred.

• Strong project management skills and organization

• Clear examples of being a trusted, simplistic storyteller who can engage effectively at an executive level

• Experience presenting & representing a broader team in milestone moments with leaders

• Experience building presentations with storytelling framework

• Motivated self-starter who can work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Strategic thinking and the ability to connect consumer insights to business goals.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$104,200.00 - $130,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
