Senior
Lead the culinary and operational strategy of the AFH channel, integrating culinary and commercial expertise, with at least 5 years of experience as a manager, to generate proposals that enable business with key clients such as QSR, distributors, R&D, MKT, and others.
Provide support to the multifunctional team to develop client-specific strategies in categories such as Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Mustard, BBQ, Baby Food, Imported, and others, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. Drive culinary innovation and the acquisition of new clients in the short, medium, and long term, aligned with the company's strategy in Mexico and with support to other business units.
Define, manage, and validate the company-wide portfolio to ensure the correct consumption experience. Act as a culinary enabler, strengthening multifunctional collaboration for KPI compliance (GSV, NSV, and CMA).
Develop the consumption experience for operators and end-users through initiatives such as sales force training (internal and external), digital content, participation as a spokesperson, brand image, conventions, and promotions (LTOs).
Build and strengthen sustainable long-term relationships with commercial partners and decision-makers (Chefs, Owners, Partners, General Managers, and Commercial Directors).
Develop new business models that maximize top/bottom line, challenging, adapting, and executing differentiated gastronomic experiences.
Key Activities / Deliverables
Lead the culinary structure for QSR and Distributor channels.
Plan and execute events and training for clients.
Ensure the operation, purchases, and execution of the Food Lab.
Maintain and develop strong client relationships to detect opportunities and create culinary strategies that capitalize on them, generating incremental sales and visibility at the point of sale (”priority or exclusive” brand).
Develop training for the direct and indirect team (Finance, Mkt, Chefs, Trade Mkt, Logistics, IBP, People, Operations, Imports) to ensure solid strategies, month-to-month KPI compliance, and team development.
Ensure correct execution and implementation with key clients regarding: portfolio, brand usage, menu, and point-of-sale visibility, to capitalize on Heinz and be market leaders.
Implement and develop culinary strategies with clients where the product is exclusive and essential as a preparation/accompaniment to the menu.
Generate content and act as a spokesperson to give greater visibility to the brands.
Define and ensure the execution budget for events, training, and Food Lab Mexico tastings.
Conduct developments and sensory evaluations with R&D and co-packers to ensure product quality and excellence.
Participate in global forums (Expo Pizza Vegas, NRA Chicago, and Global chefs' convention) and international events with clients to capitalize on trends and define culinary strategies for Mexican cuisine.
