For business continuity projects:
Lead formula and packaging development, coordinating with Regulatory to ensure compliance.
Lead the PLM process and coordinate risk analysis and approvals with the interdisciplinary team.
Execute internal sensory evaluations, analyze data, and generate reports.
Approve theoretical nutrition facts for the copacker.
Approve trial reports for the copacker.
Approve formula, nutrition, and packaging specs in Agile.
Approve artworks in Atlas from R&D Product and Packaging.

Coordinate R&D projects and manage copackers in South America on technical matters. Execute internal sensory panels when required (e.g., due to copacker changes) to ensure business continuity.
