About the position: We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Compensation Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Senior Compensation Manager – Europe Developed Markets lies within the EPDM Region. You’ll be working in a high performing team and alongside HR and business stakeholders to deliver compensation programs that support our reward philosophy, attract and retain talent, and ensure market competitiveness across the region.
You’ll be reporting into the Head of Rewards, EPDM. You will play a key role in ensuring EPDM adheres to the global compensation strategy, while owning the annual compensation routines across the Zone.
In brief, you are responsible for:
Translating the global compensation strategy into the EPDM Zone and setting the Zone Compensation priorities;
Managing the annual merit cycle across the EPDM zone;
Partnering with HR and business stakeholders to advise on compensation solutions for business challenges;
Determining and managing compensation projects within the EPDM Zone;
Responsible for ensuring the business is sized appropriately, using Korn Ferry Hay methodology, and supporting HR stakeholders in any org design;
Responsible for tools and analyses to enable employees to be paid fairly, competitively with the market and in alignment with our global compensation strategy;
Responsible for compensation documentation, toolkits and manager material for the EPDM Zone;
Ensure our HR leaders and business is aware of key compensation knowledge;
Manage the relationship with Global Compensation teams, and be the point person for Zone input on Global projects;
Responsible for managing the compensation governance for the Zone, ensuring alignment to global standards;
Lead, coach and develop the zone compensation team.
Qualifications: Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
Strong experience in compensation and/or total rewards
Experience using Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodology (or similar job architecture framework);
Experience in salary benchmarking and compensation analyses;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data and provide actionable recommendations;
Prior people manager experience is a benefit;
5-10+ years of prior compensation experience;
FMCG experience preferred but not required;
English language required;
Strong Excel skills required;
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders.

Project management skills - Time management has no secrets for you. You’re organized, structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables. You know how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe.
