Job Description
The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager - Traditional Trade who will be responsible for strategically managing the alignment between sales and marketing by setting channel vision and strategy, defining point-of-purchase strategies, leading promotion strategies, and ensuring alignment with category and brand objectives.
What you will do

Provide business and market senior management with fact-based assessments and recommended channel priorities, along with strategies to capture key opportunities and address major issues

Provide insights on channel and category trends, including shopper behavior and key channel drivers, to support Sales and Marketing decisions

Develop merchandising guidelines and direction, including permanent point-of-purchase display recommendations and planograms by category and channel, in line with brand vision and objectives

Ensure trade spending optimization by applying best-practice tools

Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and the Sales Director to align data collection and analyze sales trends
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

5-7 years of experience in FMCG companies

Excellent English language skills
