Gestor/a de Obra (Sorocaba-Votorantim, SP)
Mission:
To monitor the execution of network construction works under your responsibility, through the monitoring and intervention of actions carried out, ensuring the quality of the actions developed and the correct application of technical standards and procedures, acting in line with performance indicators, regulation and current legislation.
Attributions:
Plan and manage the execution of network construction projects under your responsibility, structuring activities, sizing resources and defining deadlines, all aligned with current performance, regulation and legislation indicators, aiming at the safety and satisfaction of customers.
Identify needs and request, when necessary, essential resources and materials for the adequate execution of activities and work plans under your management.
Act in the management of executed activities, conducting them in accordance with applicable technical standards, with the objective of ensuring the quality necessary for execution, as well as compliance with safety standards, defined budgets and foreseen execution deadlines.
Elaborate, manage and/or control technical documents, certifications and records, updating and sharing them whenever necessary.
Carry out field supervision tasks, using the tools made available in line with the established criteria for the activity.
Monitor and track licensing requests and grants.
Provide support and guidance to internal and external clients and suppliers, identifying their demands, providing information and making resources available, with the objective of fully meeting their needs.
Ensure compliance with the Safety, Health and Environment requirements of the executed activities.
Manage payments for services performed by contractors.
Comply with the applicable requirements of the Integrated Management System (IMS) policy, aiming at the conformity and continuous improvement of the management system, in terms of quality, environment, occupational health and safety.
Requirements:
Education: Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
Experience in field work (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of experience in the operational area (desirable).
Intermediate Office Package (mandatory)
Exp. with gas (desirable)
Availability to travel
Knowledge in project analysis
