Permanent Staffing, a division of Staff S.p.A., is seeking for a supermarket in Large-Scale Organized Distribution a:
BUTCHERY DEPARTMENT MANAGER.

The resource will be responsible for managing the butchery department, coordinating a team of resources and ensuring high quality, organizational, and commercial standards. A dynamic figure, results-oriented and customer-service focused.
Main responsibilities

Operational and commercial management of the butchery department

Coordination, motivation, and training of the team

Product display and layout according to sales logic and hygiene-sanitary regulations

Management of stock, orders, and merchandise supply

Sales monitoring, data analysis, and implementation of strategies to achieve objectives
Requirements

Consolidated experience as a butcher or butchery department manager

Excellent knowledge of meat processing and preservation techniques

Ability to manage personnel
-
Strong organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Availability to work shifts and weekends
