JOB DESCRIPTION

As a TA Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end selection processes, ensuring the best experience for candidates and leaders. You will act consultatively with business areas, supporting the company's growth with agility, quality, and a focus on diversity.

This position is for hybrid work (3x in-person and 2x remote), at our São Paulo or Porto Alegre headquarters.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

In the P&C team, you will have the challenge of:

• Conducting end-to-end selection processes, with a focus on agility, candidate experience, and cultural alignment;

• Acting consultatively with leaders, understanding the ideal profile for each position, and contributing with market intelligence;

• Supporting the construction of attraction and employer branding strategies in partnership with the Internal Communication and EB team;

• Ensuring an inclusive and transparent journey for all candidates;

• Feeding and analyzing Talent Acquisition data and indicators, proposing continuous improvements;

• Collaborating with diversity, culture, and development initiatives, connecting P&C subsystems.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

What Cadastra expects from you:

• Previous experience with recruitment and selection, conducting end-to-end processes;

• Experience with vacancies of different profiles (corporate, digital, and/or tech);

• Ability to act consultatively with leaders, proposing solutions aligned with the business;

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS;

• Good verbal and written communication, with a focus on candidate experience and organizational culture;

• Organization, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously;

• Collaborative profile, with a desire to learn and grow with the team.

• Experience with technology or digital marketing vacancies;
