Customer Service Representative (POLISH C2) Automotive Industry
Location: Barcelona (hybrid) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 (no weekends) Remote Work: Work from home most of the month and up to 15 days per year from any EU country Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive industry? Your Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key contact for our customers in the automotive sector. You will become a tire expert, offering personalized recommendations, sharing exclusive promotions, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:

Provide expert tire recommendations based on vehicle specifications and driving needs

Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and special offers

Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy

Communicate via phone, email, and chat to ensure high-quality service

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction

Requisitos Requirements: POLISH C2 level and fluency in English, Customer service experience (preferred but not required) Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset Wired internet connection (Ethernet) required for remote work Residency in Barcelona, with mandatory office presence up to 5 days per month
