Técnico/a de Taller - Automoción (Lunas del Automóvil)

RALARSA, a leading company in the automotive glass repair, replacement, and maintenance sector, is committed to quality, safety, and excellence in customer service. They are looking to incorporate a Workshop Technician to join their Operations team.

Functions:

• Replacement and repair of vehicle glass.

• Calibration of ADAS systems and driving assistance cameras.

• Window tinting.

• Headlight polishing.

• Wiper blade assembly.

• Replacement of window regulator mechanisms.

• Customer service and reception following the active reception protocol.

• Management and follow-up of incidents, warranties, and queries.

• Performance of administrative tasks typical of the workshop.

• Application of technical, quality, safety, and occupational risk prevention procedures.

• Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and hygiene of the facilities.

• Commercialization and sale of complementary products and services defined by the company.

HOURS: 9:00-13:00 and 15:00-19:00h

Requirements

• Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle in Automotive or similar.

• Advanced Vocational Training Cycle in Automotive or similar is a plus.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in automotive glass replacement and repair workshops.

• Experience in the automotive sector, bodywork, fast mechanics, or related activities will also be valued.

Knowledge

• Proficiency in glass replacement and repair tools.

• Knowledge of ADAS system calibration.

• Basic knowledge of computer tools and Microsoft Office.
