Help Keep ING a Step Ahead

At ING, we believe people should spend more time focusing on what matters most to them and less time worrying about risks and uncertainty. That's where our security professionals make a difference.

We're looking for an Expert PPSS Intelligence Tactical/Operational to help protect ING's people, assets, and operations worldwide. If you're passionate about intelligence analysis, security risk management, and turning complex threat information into practical action, we'd like to hear from you.

Role Summary

As an Expert PPSS Intelligence Tactical/Operational, you'll play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and communicating threats that may impact ING globally.

This role combines strategic thinking with operational execution and offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact within a global organization.

About the Team

You will join ING's Global Personal & Physical Safety & Security (PPSS) community and work closely with PPSS specialists across multiple countries.

Collaborating with colleagues from security, HR, communications, and business functions, you'll contribute to a safer environment for our people and operations worldwide. You'll also build relationships with external partners including law enforcement and intelligence agencies while supporting crisis preparedness and incident response activities.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Proven experience in security management, preferably within financial services or another highly regulated industry

• Strong knowledge of intelligence, threat assessment, and risk analysis

• Experience with personal and physical safety and security programs

• Understanding of security-related regulatory and compliance requirements

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations

• Challenging projects in a dynamic security environment

• A culture that values curiosity, responsibility, and collaboration

• The chance to help shape security intelligence capabilities across ING
