What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Scrum Master / Delivery Manager with at least 4-5 years of experience performing Scrum Master functions and working with multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments.

The selected person will have as their main objective to drive high-performance teams, ensuring efficiency, continuous value delivery and constant improvement of the team and its ecosystem.

What will be your mission?

You will be responsible for facilitating the adoption and correct application of Agile methodologies, promoting a culture of collaboration, autonomy and continuous improvement.

Among your main responsibilities will be:

• Drive and consolidate Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodologies within the teams.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and dynamics, ensuring their effectiveness and results orientation.

• Accompany Product Owners, developers, QA, stakeholders and other participants in understanding and adopting their roles and responsibilities.

• Promote Agile values, principles and mindset within the team and the ecosystem.

• Manage and optimize the value delivery flow, identifying and helping to eliminate impediments.

• Manage risks, blockages and dependencies between teams and areas.

• Foster alignment and cooperation between different team members, business, stakeholders, third parties and other departments.

• Track Agile metrics and KPIs, especially in areas such as quality, predictability, value and speed.

• Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement actions.

• Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting commitment, well-being and the development of soft skills of the team.

• Facilitate decision-making and provide continuous feedback.

• Actively participate in the Agile/Scrum Community and contribute to the evolution of the organization's Agile practices.

What are we looking for?

• 4-5 years of minimum experience as Scrum Master or in similar Agile Delivery positions.

• Solid experience working with Agile, Scrum and Kanban.

• Experience in team/people management and accompaniment.

• Knowledge of project management.

• Experience in risk and dependency management.

• Ability to define, analyze and track Agile KPIs and metrics.

• Experience driving value delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Very good communication skills and ability to interact with business, stakeholders, technical teams, different departments and third parties.

• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence and Miro.

Will be especially valued

• Technical background or previous experience working closely with software development teams.

• Knowledge or experience with EazyBI.

• High level of English, although it is not a mandatory requirement.

• Experience with Trello.

A person with leadership and facilitation skills, results-oriented and continuous improvement, capable of generating trust between different teams and stakeholders.
