We are looking for an experienced D&T AI Procurement Solution Lead to drive the design, implementation, and operation of AI-enabled Procurement platforms and solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of technology specialists, partner with business and technology stakeholders, and help define the future of AI within Procurement.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Leading and developing a team of technology professionals and business analysts

• Driving workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and capability development

• Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence

• Own Architecture and Governance

• Driving AI Product Delivery

  • Defining and executing the Procurement AI roadmap together with Product Owners and business stakeholders
  • Leading Agile product delivery using Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, and modern engineering practices
  • Establishing scalable delivery, support, and service management models
  • Enable Business Transformation through AI
  • You will oversee solutions including:
    • Intelligent Automation (RPA + AI + GenAI)
    • Predictive Analytics for spend forecasting and supplier risk management
    • AI-assisted sourcing, contracting, and buying
    • AI integration with Procurement platforms and enterprise systems
    • Data platform and AI model integrations across the Procurement technology landscape

• Ownership of Architecture and Governance

• Defining scalable and secure solution architectures

• Ensuring compliance with enterprise standards, security requirements, and data governance principles

• Driving operational excellence, auditability, and risk management across the solution lifecycle

• Manage Strategic Partnerships

• Collaborating with vendors and technology partners to deliver roadmap commitments

• Governing service levels, delivery quality, costs, and technical performance

• Managing Financial Accountability and owning build and run budgets opex and capex, leading financial planning, forecasting, business cases, and investment decisions.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field

• 10+ years of experience delivering technology solutions in complex enterprise environments

• Proven experience leading product teams, technology specialists, and external partners

• Strong experience with AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, and enterprise platform integration

• Experience working in Agile environments and product operating models

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Test automation experience

• Relevant technology, cloud, AI, or Agile certifications

• Experience in Procurement technology ecosystems like SAP Ariba, ERP platforms, analytics solutions, and enterprise integrations.
