JOB DESCRIPTION

Heeeey, we have an opportunity coming for you who are interested in being developed as a Young Apprentice in various areas of the operational segment.

We are looking for young professionals interested in entering the job market to participate in our apprenticeship program, which is focused on humanized customer service, always providing the best experience for the client.

Here, you will learn the main characteristics and deliveries of the area and will be up to date on how to be a great professional for the job market.

Pay attention to the prerequisites for this contract category.

Multiskill service via Voice + Email + Whatsapp with the purpose of providing support to commercial advisors/representatives who use card machines, financial agenda/opening/technical call consultation, value anticipation, various requests.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Hybrid voice/chat service (Receptive);

• Ensure good service, meeting quality criteria;

• In each service provided, you will be able to deal with different types of situations indicated by the client;

• Humanized service focused on the quality of contact with the client;

• Identify doubts to be clarified and perform system procedures on products and/or services requested by the client;

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Be between 18 and 22 years and 8 months old;

• Completed High School;

• Have a Reservist Certificate proving exemption from military service (Male);

• Voter ID;

• Basic computer and typing skills;

• Customer service experience will be a differential;

• Good verbal and written communication;

• Empathetic, assertive communication, positive attitude.

• Easy access to Unidade Santana (North Zone of SP).
