Coordinate various quality-related tasks to achieve the project's predetermined product and process quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure that project development strictly adheres to the development specifications of the Brembo Project Development System (BPDS).
Manage risks to avoid unnecessary risks in design, process, quality cost, schedule, and other aspects of the project.
Serve as the customer interface for quality matters during the designated project development phase, conveying and implementing various quality requirements proposed by the customer.
Coordinate and implement relevant tasks to achieve predetermined product and process quality standards for the project, ensuring customer satisfaction. Act as the customer interface for quality matters during the development phase of the assigned project.
Ensure that the entire project development process strictly follows the standard development procedures of the Brembo Project Development System.
A. Develop and follow up on project quality planning, achieving quality and cost objectives; identify risks throughout the entire lifecycle (from product inception to mass production and withdrawal) and proactively prevent quality problems.
B. Ensure that product and process innovations are fully incorporated into Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and Design Verification and Product Verification (DV&PV) activities.
C. Verify that past lessons learned are applied to design/process failure mode and effects analysis, achieving a reduction in Risk Priority Number (RPN), and strictly implementing them.
D. Based on Brembo's phase review checklist, inquire about and correct the work of other project members.
E. Lead the update of the control plan after quality issues arise or experiments are completed.
F. Update quality documents synchronously when product/process changes occur; as the responsible person for this project phase, develop control plans for the prototype, trial production, and mass production phases.
G. Ensure consistency between special product characteristics, special process characteristics, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and the control plan.
H. Assist in completing internal prototype and customer submission prototype testing and report output, ensuring timely delivery of prototypes; if necessary, collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE) from a project perspective to promote supplier-related work.
I. Follow up on customer audits during the development phase; all audit issues must be included in the PDCA issue list for closed-loop management by the project team or factory team.
J. In the event of a quality anomaly, require the team to use Brembo's standard problem-solving tools for resolution.
