TSFX Payments Operations - Analyst

Operations role providing end-to-end day-to-day support for globally traded payments and other banking products, handling high volumes and large amounts while meeting timelines/service standards and ensuring full compliance with policies and controls, with a strong focus on risk mitigation and timely escalation. Requires bilingual English and strong communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural/matrix environment partnering with Technology/Finance, and a proactive mindset for process improvements; banking/risk experience and strong analytical attention to detail are preferred.

Job responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for the day to day Operations for payments & other banking products, within the Corporate Investment Bank.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment with demanding timelines and deadlines.

• Solid sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution.

• Capacity to work effectively with diverse styles and across cultures.

• Team player, with experience working in matrix organizations.

• Internal and external client service orientation.

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or in the last year of study.

• Advanced level of English (oral and written).

• Solid communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities & skills:

• Banking Industry Experience and risk management is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to detail.
