Essential Functions

Works directly with product teams to receive support requests

Triages requests, fixes small bugs & submits engineering tickets

Working knowledge of the support processes and working in a production environment.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience Req

Advanced English Req

Basic knowledge of Javascript frameworks Req

Knowledge of CSS and HTML Pref

2-4 years Pref
