Responsibilities

• Shape end-to-end admin experience: Help build an integrated admin experience across workplace services, catering and asset management, so employees can work in spaces and services that are consistent, reliable and aligned with how the business operates.

• Drive high-quality services: Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to raise the quality of admin services, helping ensure workplace environments, food services and asset support deliver strong outcomes for both the business and employees.

• Maximise resource investment: Use data and business insight to help allocate budgets, assets and services more effectively, with a focus on improving utilisation, increasing efficiency and maximising return on admin resources.

• Elevate the employee experience: Look at the workplace through the employee lens and help shape experiences that make daily work easier, more comfortable and more engaging, from the quality of the environment to the services that support people throughout the day.

• Turn insights into better decisions: Analyse service, cost and experience data to identify patterns, opportunities and trade-offs, then help translate those insights into recommendations that improve admin performance at scale.

• Support strategic admin initiatives: Contribute to cross-functional projects that strengthen the broader admin organisation, whether by improving service models, supporting business growth, enabling smarter asset planning or helping teams adapt to changing needs.

• Challenge, simplify and improve: Bring a strategic mindset to how admin work is delivered, questioning where processes, services or investments can be simplified, strengthened or redesigned to create more value for the business and a better experience for employees.
