About the Role This position is part of the Photo team responsible for supporting insurance company customers by researching and coordinating with law enforcement agencies to obtain accident-related media. You will play an important role in processing, securing, and distributing digital evidence while ensuring service levels, accuracy, and compliance requirements are met. This role is well suited to someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with sensitive content in a production-focused environment.
This role will begin as 5 days in-office (Duluth, GA) and eventually move into a hybrid work environment, with manager approval.
Responsibilities
Contact and research law enforcement agencies to facilitate the retrieval of accident-related media.
Establish and maintain communication with police departments regarding media requests and order statuses.
Process, verify, and distribute media associated with police reports to insurance company customers.
Review and manage digital evidence, including potentially graphic images related to motor vehicle accidents.
Accurately document request activity and maintain production standards and service level expectations.
Support media fulfillment operations through secure handling, encryption, and distribution of digital files.
Prepare digital media for customer delivery, including copying files to encrypted USB devices.
Generate shipping labels and coordinate outbound deliveries through UPS.
Assist with incoming mail processing and other operational support functions as needed.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data handling requirements when working with sensitive law enforcement materials.

Requirements
Required: Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
Required: Able to work Monday-Friday
Required: Able to meet production metrics.
Highly organized and works well in team environment.
Experience in criminal justice, insurance claims, call center and/or police departments a plus.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $36,700 - $61,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
