IQVIA is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager to support regulatory activities across both Francophone and Anglophone African markets. This role combines regulatory expertise, project leadership and client engagement, offering the opportunity to work across diverse healthcare environments and support product registrations across multiple countries.
As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs team, you will coordinate regulatory programs, build strong relationships with clients and local partners, and help ensure successful regulatory outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead regulatory projects across multiple African markets
Manage submission preparation, quality review, compilation and tracking activities
Coordinate product registrations, renewals, variations and lifecycle management programs
Work closely with local applicants, regulatory partners and health authorities
Monitor project timelines, deliverables and risks
Provide regulatory guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders Lead client governance meetings and provide regular project updates
Maintain regulatory documentation and ensure compliance with country-specific requirements
Contribute to delivery excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of Regulatory Affairs experience
Experience supporting multiple African markets
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements across French-speaking and English-speaking African countries
Experience with registrations, renewals, variations and lifecycle management activities
Strong client-facing, communication and project management skills
Experience managing external regulatory vendors or local partners
Fluent French and English, written and spoken
Experience coordinating regional regulatory programs
Experience working within a global matrix environment
Experience supporting both Francophone and Anglophone markets
