Job Description: For our production site in Bad Honnef, we are looking for you as a production specialist (m/f/d). At this site, large power, industrial, and phase shifter transformers for the energy transition are manufactured. They bring energy where it is needed - to charging stations for electric vehicles, cities, hospitals, businesses, and many more.

Our products are created through precise craftsmanship and the highest quality standards. For this, we need skilled hands, responsible work, and the willingness to learn new processes.

Our manufacturing is divided into several areas:

• Winding and winding final assembly

• Core construction and active part assembly

• Final assembly and shipping

You will be deployed where your strengths and interests best fit. Please indicate in your application where you see your strengths.

Your responsibilities:

• Everywhere: Safety and quality are our top priorities

• Winding: You wind, insulate, and solder copper cables; you press the windings after drying

• Core construction: You stack and tension core sheets

• Active part assembly: You lay cables and establish electrical connections according to plans; you tension and press assemblies and windings

• Final assembly: You (de-)mount components and pipelines on the transformer housing

What you bring:

• You have successfully completed a skilled worker apprenticeship in a craft profession

• You are familiar with working with technical drawings

• You are a team player, work precisely, and have a high awareness of occupational safety and quality

• You are used to working in shifts or are willing to do so (3-shift)

• Training in operating cranes, forklifts, and aerial work platforms is an advantage
