• Lead product discovery, delivery, launch, and optimization for complex, cross‑LOB agentic use cases

• Translate complex business and operational needs into scalable, production‑ready product solutions

• Drive outcome‑based prioritization across features, capabilities, and technical investments

Agentic AI & Workflow Transformation

• Design agent‑enabled workflows with clear task boundaries, decision rights, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls

• Ensure all use cases meet enterprise AI governance, model risk, data, and security requirements

• Serve as a point of escalation for product trade‑offs and delivery risks

Stakeholder & Adoption Leadership

• Act as the single accountable product owner for assigned agentic AI capabilities

• Influence WCIB leaders and frontline teams to drive adoption and sustained value realization

• Communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership

Basic Qualifications

• Product Management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning end‑to‑end delivery

• Demonstrated ability to lead products in complex, regulated environments

• Strong experience defining roadmaps, OKRs, and outcome‑based prioritization

• Excellent stakeholder, communication, and decision‑making skills

• Experience delivering AI‑enabled, automation‑first, or workflow transformation products

• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts such as orchestration, task planning, and human‑in‑the‑loop design
