As part of a hardworking team of specialists and accomplished experts in Program Controls, you will execute Program Planning for various programs within the Blue National Security business unit. Along with leading root cause variance analysis, you will use data to generate actionable metrics, key performance indictors and reporting to inform program leadership, and influence future plan updates. You will enable effective business decisions by driving accurate program cost estimates through effective cost analysis and supporting the timely delivery quality and transparent program performance data.

This position requires you to implement effective change management to account for approved scope changes, and actively manage program Estimate at Completes (EACs). This will require being exceptionally detail oriented and proactive in analyzing data and variances to help inform future performance on our projects.

You will also support the maturing of the PMO organization by analyzing program cost management procedures and introducing improvements and mentoring other program cost analysts to achieve our high standards. You will also be instrumental in driving organizational and cultural utilization of PMO cost management/forecasting artifacts through all levels of the program team.
