Manage production team including shift leaders and operators according to the company principles and rules
Support production manager on safety and 5S management on shopfloor, establish continuous improvement in shop floor
Responsible for shift leader and operator training and information communication (law, regulation, company policy, notification etc).
Supervising discipline of production shift leader and operators for ensuring attendance
Organize production according to the production plan, and also follow the accomplishment circumstances
Responsible to the quality of the production during the process, ensure the production up to standard
Solve the problem during the production immediately with team
Monitor the scrap process and improve it constantly
Supporting to develop the new product, new process and new machine
Participate in department monthly safety walk and work with shift leaders for findings correction.
Solid safety management sense, safety management on site, stop illegal operations immediately.
Report if any incidents (near miss, accidents etc), report if any incidents.
Support production manager on BC safety training
Participate in the investigation of any accident in the department, analyze the root causes of the accident, assist the department manager to improve the department's risk assessment form and implement safety precautions.
Stop and report if any illegal operations. Encourage and push BC to report any potential safety risks.
