We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Service Projects & Order Management Manager to lead our Service Project Management and Order Management teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the entire project execution lifecycle, ensuring customer commitments are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage project and service delivery performance, oversee key business metrics, support team development, and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines business acumen, operational discipline, customer focus, and people leadership to continuously improve project execution performance and customer satisfaction.
Lead, coach, and develop the Service Project Management and Order Management teams.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer success.
Maintain high employee engagement and motivation through effective leadership, coaching, and career development.
Conduct performance reviews, talent assessments, and succession planning activities.
Oversee the successful execution of service-related projects and orders from initiation through completion.
Ensure projects are delivered according to contractual requirements, quality standards, timelines, and financial objectives.
Drive adherence to Project Management Process (PMP) methodologies, governance, and best practices.
Support project managers and order managers in resolving complex execution challenges and customer issues.
Monitor, analyze, and report project execution performance through defined KPIs.
Drive improvements in:
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of operational and financial reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key internal stakeholders.
Act as a senior escalation point for critical customer and project-related issues.
Ensure proactive communication and effective stakeholder alignment throughout project execution activities.
Drive customer-centric behaviors to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, commercial, and delivery risks.
Lead project escalation management processes and coordinate resolution plans across cross-functional teams.
Ensure lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented across the organization.
Promote standardization, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, safety requirements, and governance procedures.
Drive initiatives that improve service delivery quality while reducing operational costs.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in project execution, service operations, project management, or related functions.
Minimum 3+ years of people management experience leading project, service delivery, or operations teams.
Proven experience managing customer-facing projects and service operations.
Strong understanding of project governance, project management methodologies, and service delivery processes.
Experience managing business performance metrics, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
